2019 ICGA City Men's Amateur
Chad McCarty wins his 14th City Amateur title in thrilling playoff finish over Ned Carter.

Chad McCarty and Ned Carter were tied at 4 under par after regulation. Carter led by two with three holes to play. McCarty battled back to tie in regulation and McCarty won in a playoff. Checkout the leaderboard by clicking above to see all the results.
Over 150 local players competed in the 2019 City Amateur tournament over 3 days. The players enjoyed the new features of the new scoring software which gave them quick access to their results and standings. Make plans to join the fun in 2020.
Ned Carter tied for the lead in regulation.
Over 150 golfers played in the City Am this year.
The Iowa City Amateur Tournament was held August 2 through August 4. The entry fee was $120.
Players must be at least 18 and live in Johnson County. The field was limited to the first 172 entries received by July 26. No refunds for cancellations after July 26.
On August 2nd play was at Saddleback Ridge in Solon.
On August 3rd, play was at Finkbine in Iowa City.
On August 4th, play concluded at Pleasant Valley. Tee times and playing partners were determined by scores from previous rounds.
The number of flights and payouts will be determined by the number of entries.
Cash prizes will be awarded for in each flight. There will also be cash prizes for Skins each day.
